Francis is Coach and Business consultant since 2008, helping many organizations in different industries and of various size to develop and strengthen their business and financing. His focus are competences and resources within the shaping and implementation of Strategies.

He has mainly worked in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on organization and finance, where he has led transformation programs and designed programs for people development. He has also a large experience of restructuring programs, with hundreds of Millions of Euros of annual savings and significant reductions in headcount.

He has built-up Greenfield organizations, led M&A projects and is familiar with Service, IT and pharmaceutical businesses in France, Belgium, US, Netherlands and Switzerland.


Francis holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Diplom Betriebsökonom from St. Gallen MI. He is married and has two children.

As a member of divers nonprofit organizations, he is always involved in learning, development and organizational improvement.
